What we will do:
Water lines: 1/2 to 1 inch
Drain lines: 1-1/4 to 4 inches (please confirm if it is a 3-inch or 4-inch pipe before we leave).
Water heaters: We do not stock water heaters. We will purchase one from a big-box store that must be 50 gallons or smaller.

Emergency Work Priorities
Water Softener:
If the water leak originates from the softener, we will replace it if necessary (if available).
If the leak can be temporarily stopped by the softener, it will not be replaced that night. The replacement will be scheduled for the following workweek.
Water Lines Larger Than 1 Inch
These lines will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Drain Lines Larger Than 4 Inches
These lines will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
Commercial-Size Water Heaters/Boilers/On-Demand Water Heaters
These units will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
