The spreadsheet may be used by multiple people at the same time. To ensure that people are aware of each other's work, the spreadsheet tracks "sessions" for each user. The "End Session" option in the "SAN Integration" menu is how a user can mark the end of their work and close their session. If there are any sessions of other users open when you try to sync the spreadsheet with ActionNetwork, you will get a warning about the other people who currently have an open session.
Their are a number of columns that match up with fields in Action Network. These are marked by peach highlighting of the column header. When you use the "Push to AN" option in the "SAN Integration" menu, the spreadsheet will take any changes you and others have made to those columns and send them to Action Network. The spreadsheet will find the Action Network profiles that match the edited rows and update them with the changes in the spreadsheet.
This process will not occur if there is already an synchronization running. If you try to use this option while other users have open sessions, you will get a warning with information about those open sessions.
These options are only visible to the user who owns the spreadsheet.
This option in the "SAN Integration" menu regenerates the spreadsheet from scratch. When you installed the Add-On, this is what created all the sheets, pulled down the data, and set up the formatting of the "Volunteers" sheet. You will need your API Key and Outreach Form API Endpoint to use this option, just as you did during installation.
This controls whether or not other users can use the "Push to AN" option while there are open sessions. By default, users are prevented from using "Push to AN" while other sessions are open. As the owner, you are not; you're given the option to force the changes even while others have open sessions. This menu option gives that ability to all users. Selecting this menu option again will turn off that ability for other users.
