These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sunpeak Coffee mobile application (“App”), operated by Sunpeak Coffee. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is designed to enhance the customer experience at Sunpeak Coffee by providing loyalty rewards, promotions, and a community feed.
By using the App, you agree that:
You will use the App only for lawful and personal purposes.
You will not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing:
Email address
Password
Name and surname
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Sunpeak Coffee is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your login information.
The App includes a digital loyalty card system.
Each user receives a unique QR code.
When scanned at the coffee shop register, loyalty stamps may be added to the user's account.
After collecting the required number of stamps (for example, 6 purchases), users may receive a reward such as a free coffee.
Sunpeak Coffee reserves the right to modify or discontinue loyalty rewards or promotional campaigns at any time.
The App may provide special offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns.
These promotions:
May be limited in time or quantity
May apply only to certain menu items
Can be changed or removed at any time
The App may include a community feed where users can post messages visible to other users.
By posting content in the feed:
You acknowledge that your username and profile picture (if provided) may be visible to other users.
You agree not to post unlawful, abusive, offensive, or misleading content.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Sunpeak Coffee is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the App
Engage in fraudulent use of the loyalty system
Users may also request deletion of their account within the App.
All content, design, branding, and software related to the App are the intellectual property of Sunpeak Coffee.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Sunpeak Coffee shall not be responsible for:
Service interruptions
Data loss
Errors within the App
Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be published within the App with a revised Effective Date.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
