To provide the functionality of the App, we may collect the following information:
When you register for an account, we collect:
Name
Surname
Email address
Password (stored securely)
Users may optionally add:
Profile picture
Username displayed in the community feed
We store information related to the loyalty program, such as:
Your unique QR code
Loyalty stamp count
Reward eligibility
If you post messages in the community feed, your posts may be visible to other users of the App.
Sunpeak Coffee does not collect:
Phone numbers
Location data
Payment information
Contacts from your device
Photos from your device (unless you voluntarily upload a profile picture)
We use the collected information only to operate and improve the App, including:
Creating and managing user accounts
Operating the loyalty card system
Displaying user content in the community feed
Providing promotions and rewards
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.
Information may only be shared if required by law or to comply with legal obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
Users may request deletion of their account.
Once an account is deleted:
Associated personal data will be removed from our systems where possible
Loyalty information and profile data will be permanently deleted
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
