Please contact your counselor if you want an "Unofficial" version of your high school transcript. 

If you need an "Official" sealed transcript, please visit the Sunnyside HS main office and speak to Mrs. Perez (Registrar), . She will be able to help you print an official transcript. The turnaround time will depend on time and day of request.

If you are a former student (who graduated more than two years ago), please visit FUSD Student Records to request your official transcript. 

If you are a current senior and need an "Official" transcript sent to a college or university where you've been admitted, please click on the Parchment link and follow the instructions to request the transcript. Mrs. Perez (Registrar) will process requests in the order they are received.
