To be considered for the AVID elective program in high school, please complete the following application. Your application will be reviewed by the AVID program at Sunnyside High School, with final acceptance determined after an interview. Once completed, submit your application to your counselor, who will ensure it reaches the AVID Coordinator at Sunnyside High School.
