Welcome to the Sunny app ("App"), developed by Twain Labs LLP ("Twain Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

• App Usage

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

1.2. User Account: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. Use of App: You agree to use the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities. You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• User Content

2.1. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the App ("User Content"). By sharing User Content, you grant Twain Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App.

2.2. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Twain Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twain Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twain Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

• Changes to Terms

Twain Labs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the Effective Date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Termination

Twain Labs reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, without liability to you.

• Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles.
