Welcome to SunMate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SunMate mobile application ("App"), operated by Kello Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using SunMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using SunMate, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SunMate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

All information provided by the App is for general informational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding:

• Heat-related illnesses

You should never rely solely on the App for health or safety decisions.

Accuracy of Information

SunMate uses weather, UV, and environmental data obtained from third-party providers.

You remain solely responsible for your health, safety, and actions.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

are owned by Kello Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Distribute

• Reverse engineer

• Resell

• Create derivative works

without prior written permission.

Subscription and Premium Features

SunMate may offer optional premium features through subscription purchases.

If applicable:

• Pricing will be displayed before purchase

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the respective app store

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Interfere with App functionality

• Use automated tools to access the App

• Upload malicious software or content

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
