Lodging

We have booked Parrish Ranch from Friday morning through Sunday night so guests can stay through the weekend and make a full vacation out of the travel (absolutely free to you). If you would like to come in early, please let Dawnee know and she will give you the rest of the information.

There are 15 RV sites with hookups (water and 30-amp electric; no sewer or dump station but full bathrooms on the grounds). There are an additional 20 sites for dry camping with a camper. The ranch also has plenty of spaces for tent camping (or backing your truck up and sleeping in the bed). Wheelbarrows are even available if you'd like assistance hauling your stuff around. Again, there's no charge to you to use the hookups or to camp anywhere on the property. Due to the drive, we would appreciate anyone drinking at the reception to stay at the facility. We will find a spot for you!

If you're bringing a camper on Saturday, you may arrive any time after 12:00. Please have your camper set up (if hooking up) by 4:00 so we're ready to go for the ceremony.

If you would like a cozier room, we have a block of rooms reserved at Springhill Suites in Longmont from Oct 13-15 (about 20-25 minutes from the reception) for $119 per night. They will work with your dates if you're getting in earlier/staying longer. ALL rooms are king or double bed suites with a small kitchen, and it also includes a free hot breakfast.

Reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation to and from DIA ($34/person) as well as to and from the wedding are available. More details to come. If you'd like to know now, please contact Dawnee and she'll send it to you directly.
