A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..........

During a time of "new-aged dating" that the masses called internet app dating, there was a strapping young manchild and beautiful fair maiden from Kansas who were unlike any others around.

They elected to sign up on an app dating site in hopes of finding the one created for them. This site was called "Tinder".

Tinder was for those rebels who dared to dream the impossible of finding a match for them in their planet of uncertainty, distain, and disorder in the world.

On one fateful day, the two worlds collided with a "swipe right" and began the epic journey. This journey was not for the faint of heart, as they ended up in the small town of Morrison eating Mexican food and having drinks at the local watering hole. Thus, it began.

As soon as they met, the fair maiden knew she found the one. The young rebel manchild eventually succumbed to the forces of her love, conviction, and great cooking abilities. Her force was no match for his attitude.

With multiple dates, fireman balls, good times and bad, these two fell in love with each other and are now ready to continue their journey to the next great episode.

It is a time of love and celebration. Please join Jeremy and Dawnee as they rejoice in their marriage, reflect on the past, and welcome the future.

THE PROPOSAL

Knowing nothing comes easily for the perfectionist in both of us, this had to be unique.

Now, lets take you to the setting...the Island of Kauai, Hawaii. Most go to this island for their honeymoon.......not these two. This was "supposedly" for a Spring Break vacation for Dawnee, however, Jeremy had quite different plans.

Knowing her love for the outdoors, horses, and being in a happy place, the perfect setting of Kauai was an absolute for the proposal. Luckily, having great contacts in a great location is key to success for proposals. This holds true for Kauai.

Jeremy's mother owns several horses on the island of Kauai. The plan was to offer a marriage proposal on horseback during a ride in the quiet countryside. Jeremy planned a ride with the two best riding horses he knows of, Willie and Rev. Yes, even the horses were in on it, too.

While on a ride, the moment struck to ask for the hand in marriage, but there was just a bit more to it than getting on one knee with a diamond in a box. Jeremy isn't good with words on the spot, so he decided to write in crayon (knowing the teacher at heart) a wedding proposal that was based off of his favorite George Strait song "Check Yes or No". She checked "Yes" :)
