We need to know whether we have oily skin before we start treating it. It's easy to tell whether I have oily skin or not since oil secretion is more visible and produces signs to indicate that your skin needs oil management.

For oily skin, use a soap-like cleanser that controls sebum. For oily and dry skin, use a cleanser with good oil & water equilibrium so you don't lose moisture but still get rid of excess oil.
For oily skin, a clay mask is preferred over sheet masks. Give your oily face a clay mask to regulate sebum and clear pores.
Use toner because it maintains the skin's PH balance and leaves a non-oily, gentle finish.
Should separate products for day and night. For the day, try a mild serum that controls sebum production while tightening pores. A vitamin c serum added to your night care can help target dull skin and discoloration. Use products that are non-sticky and suitable for oily skin.
Water gel will be the perfect last step product for extremely oily skin not only because it’s a gel type with a fresh and cooling finish but also because it controls the oil level and even prevents future breakouts.
