CAR RIDERS:

• Will be screened from inside their cars. Parents will show “Screen & Go” from the AISD app for their child.

• Temperature will be checked by the screener before allowing the student to exit the vehicle.

• If they do not pass screening, then they will not be permitted to exit the vehicle or get dropped off at school.

WALKERS/BIKE RIDERS:

• Will be screened upon arrival and temperature taken before entering the building.

• If they do not pass screening, they will go to a holding/staging room for parent/guardian to pick-up as soon as possible.

BUS RIDERS:

• Will be screened upon arrival and temperature taken before entering the building.

• If they do not pass screening, they will go to a holding/staging room for parent/guardian to pick-up as soon as possible.

Student Arrival:

BUS RIDERS:

• 7:10am = Bus Riders Arrive at the side of the school

• Students unload and go directly to the health screening station BEFORE ENTRY.

• After successful screening, students will enter through SIDE Entrance facing Mosely.

• Students will sit to wait in designated areas (6 feet apart) until 7:30am

• 7:30am students will be released to walk to classrooms socially distanced with staff support.

CAR RIDERS/WALKERS:

• 7:30am = FRONT DOORS OPEN to STUDENTS ONLY

• Parent/guardians will not be allowed in building

• Car Riders will be screened from inside of their car before exiting. If one student fails the screener then all of the students in the car traveling with that child will be asked to return home.

• Walkers/Bike Riders will go to designated screening stations based on their grade level.

• After successful screening, students will enter the building and walk to classrooms socially distanced with staff support.

Student Dismissal:

• Student dismissal procedures have been altered to ensure the safety of each student.

• The end of school day is at 3:08pm for Kindergarten-5th graders

• Pre Kindergarten Students will dismiss at 2:15pm

BUS RIDERS:

• Students will return to home on the same bus that they arrived on.

CAR RIDERS/WALKERS/BIKE RIDERS:

• Car rider parents will not be allowed to get out of cars to pick-up students.

• Please remain in your cars at all times.

• Each student and family will be assigned a Family (Pick Up) Number.

• This number must be displayed on the dashboard, large enough to see from a distance.

• Students by the last name A-L will pick up on side drive (facing Mosely-see map)

• Students by the last name of M-Z will pick up on the front drive (facing Brigadoon-see map)

• Children will wait in their classrooms until their number is called. This may take time, but will ensure social distancing measures are maintained and followed until the very end of the day.

• Each family will be assigned one number (each student and their sibling(s) will have the same number).

• Walkers & Bike Riders will be released to go home.
