Jet ferry

Tokyo (Takeshiba terminal) - Izu Oshima island (Okata /Motomachi port)

The organizers have bought tickets (round trip). Please meet Takeshiba terminal that day.

Takeshiba to Izu Oshima island ( jet ferry 1430): 8:00 - 9:45 on 30th August, 8550 JPY

Izu Oshima island to Takeshiba (jet ferry 2220): 15:30 - 17:15 on 2nd September, 7200 JPY

The workshop is held in a large room on the 1st floor.

You will stay in rooms on the 2nd floor during the workshop, and share your room with other participants (please check your roommates here).

We can use Izu Oshima free wifi which can use it in major spots and the venue.

In the venue, there are a small whiteboard and projector, and an audio system.

We recommend you use some slides (Keynote/PowerPoint/...) or writing systems on your tablet (iPad/Surface/…).

Breakfast and dinner are given by the hotel. Let's enjoy seafood on Izu Oshima island.

Lunch will be delivered on the 1st and 2nd day, and we will go to a restaurant on the 3rd and 4th days.

・fare for ferry tickets

Almost participants are supported by the research expense of the CAS-JSPS project.

Fee and fare in this workshop are sent to your bank account.

I and Masahide have paid all fares for ferry tickets in advance.

If you are an invited speaker (Alex, Georg, Iman, Leonardo, Tomohiro) except Kin-ya, please pay 15750 JPY to Masahide that day.

Kin-ya, please pay 7200 JPY to me.

・accommodation fee

On the 4th day, you will pay your accommodation fee for each person.

The accommodation fee is not strictly fixed at present.

But, it will be 28100 JPY (8000×3 (hotel)+800×2 (lunch)+1500(banquet)).

It is expensive, so we think it is better to pay by credit card.

Please prepare your credit card (other ways are PayPay or cash).

・Drinking party

Every night, a drinking party will hold in the conference room.

If you join it, please prepare some cash for alcohol and snacks.
