Summer Slam 3 on 3 Basketball league will last for five consecutive weeks. Games will be played every Monday-Thursday starting the week of June 16th.
Each team will play six (6) games. Since these six games will be played in four weeks, some weeks you may play two games in one night or twice in a week.
There will be a single elimination playoffs at the conclusion of the regular season. Any games cancelled due to weather will be made up and communicated throughout the season.
Each team is comprised of no less than five (5) players. Six (6)players is the optimum number to account for vacations and schedule conflicts. Players will submit team rosters at registration. No individual registrations are permitted. No AAU teams are permitted. Teams that roster five (5) players must have at least three (3) players from the same school. Teams that roster six (6) players must have at least four (4) players from the same school. Parochial teams are permitted. Registration will be done via Google Forms. The link will be sent out prior to the start of registration.
Playing time will distributed evenly to all players on the team. Subs will be called by the game coordinator every four minutes of running clock. In the event a team cannot provide three (3) players to start a game, players from other teams not participating in the other games may be used to avoid a forfeiture of the game.
The game schedule will be made available on this site by no later than Wednesday, June 5th
Cost is $75 per player.
Game will be held at Hampton Community Park - 3101 McCully Road, Allison Park, PA 15101 and will be supervised each night by the Summer Slam directors.

Joe has been a head boys basketball coach and camp director for 34 years. As camp director, over 6000 athletes have attended his camps over the years. As Head Coach, he has over 500 career wins, coached multiple college players (Div I, II, III), and had won coach of the year twice (US Army PA Coach of the Year, KDKA 4A Coach of the Year). Joe was also a star athlete at Frazier Highschool and Westminster College, landing himself in many Hall of Fame's (Fayette County HOF, WPIAL HOF, Westminster College HOF). Most recently, Coach Lafko was inducted in the Hampton Hall of Fame in 2022 for his career in Coaching. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family and fishing with his friends.

Jenna comes to us after a standout basketball career (C'21) at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pa where she currently is the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. Jenna was part of all 3 Conference championship titles in SVC history, winning 2 as a player (18-19, 2021) and 1 as Coach (22-23). During her playing days, Jenna was Player of the Year in the Presidents Athletic Conference (2019-2020), 3x all PAC honoree, and 2x All Great Lakes Region honoree. As the daughter of Joe Lafko, Jenna has attended and now assisted with basketball camps for 15 years. She has her masters degree in Exercise Science and is pursing her CPT certificate. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 cats.
