Pre-departure information

Checklist 

• Read this guide in its entirety

• Meet with your academic adviser to go over coursework while abroad

• Submit all required forms in your My Study Abroad account

• Submit all required information to BSAE

• Attend the pre-departure orientation meeting

• Book flights (once you have heard and confirmed program dates)

• Make an appointment with your doctor or the McKinley Travel Clinic to discuss health while abroad

• Complete LAS 291-292 pre-departure assignments
