Volunteers Needed – Dress Rehearsal & Recital Day

We are looking for volunteers to help make our recital run smoothly on both dress rehearsal and show day!

Dress Rehearsal:

Unloading supplies (Heavy Lifting)
Set Up for the event
Assisting backstage and in the dressing room. Supporting dancers as needed throughout rehearsal

Show Day:

Ushers to help guide guests and seating
Assistance backstage and in dressing rooms. Supporting dancers as needed throughout rehearsal
Clean-up and packing up after the performance

As a token of our appreciation, Volunteers will receive a 2026 Recital Shirt and a $15 Merch Credit.

The Recital Shirts will be distributed when you check in to volunteer, and the $15 Merch Credit will be given to you when you check out from volunteering. You can use the Merch Credit on show day or put it towards a Defining Moments Hat or Shirt order between June 28th and July 9th Via email heather.dmdancestudio@yahoo.com.

We truly value all of our volunteers, whether you are able to help for one day, one show, or both days. Without the support of amazing volunteers like you, our weekend event wouldn't be possible.
