Recital Policies

Our recital allows all dancers to present to family and friends the results of a year's hard work, dedication, and progress. The experience helps build self-esteem, self-assurance and contributes to self-confidence. This event is so important and special to all of our dancers. We need your help to make the event successful.

• Please be sure to have your dancer at check-in on time dressed and ready to dance. This is extremely important so that the show runs on time and to ensure your child does not miss their performance. Do not bring your dancer to the check-in area until it is their time. 

• Before recital day you will be given a card with your dancer's information. You must have this card to pick up your dancer. Please understand this is for your dancer's safety. All of our staff do not know all of our families. 

• Parents will not be allowed backstage, only students, instructors, and event staff will be allowed backstage. 

• Please do not send your dancer with chewing gum.

• No flash photography during the recital.

• Cheer them on! Clap, Whistle, and let them know how amazing their performance was.

• Dancers are not allowed to have cell phones, or other devices out while in dressing rooms. Please DO NOT send devices, such as tablets. This can cause issues with students not wanting to stop playing on them and cause them to miss their dance. 

• Staff members will be unable to answer phones or respond to social media during dress rehearsals and recital day. If you have any questions regarding rehearsals or recital please address these at the parent rehearsal. You can also save this site to your browser for quick access. Questions during dress rehearsals or on recital day will need to be directed to event staff. 

• Recital Fees are non-refundable. If your dancer is unable to participate you will be able to pick up your child's costume. 

• All tuition and fees must be paid to date before recital week. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in rehearsals or perform on recital day if the family's account is not paid to date. 

• Anyone entering the auditorium on recital day will need a ticket. Tickets will be on sale through TuTuTix we have a link on this site. All ticket sales are final.
