IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Read before registering

  1. Summer Competency Academy is only available to students who earned a D, F or I (incomplete) during the 2021-22 school year (last Fall or are currently earning a D/F) in the following courses only: English 9, 10 & 11, Integrated Math 1, 2, & 3, World Studies, Spanish 1 & 2

  2. Students cannot sign up to get ahead.

  3. Only students in current grades of 9, 10, and 11 will be served in SCA. Seniors need to enroll at Placer School for Adults

  4. The goal of the Summer Competency Academy is to serve as many students as possible but there will be limitations based on teacher and subject availability at each site, and the number of Essential Learning Outcomes (ELOs) that a student still needs to complete. Please know, it is possible that not all students who register will be served.
