1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using meNote: AI Meeting Note Taker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
meNote: AI Meeting Note Taker provides tools for audio transcription, document summarization, note-taking, and AI-assisted conversational features. We are also developing features to integrate with online meetings (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom). The App utilizes third-party artificial intelligence to process your data and generate outputs.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
The App offers premium features accessible via auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account (or Apple ID) at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original subscription price.
Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the App or your AI Note account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled directly by Google Play or Apple in accordance with their respective policies. We cannot grant refunds directly.
Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change, increase, or decrease the prices of our subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) at any time at our sole discretion and without prior notice. For new users, the new prices will apply immediately upon display in the App. For existing active subscribers, any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified by the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) in accordance with their standard policies.
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the audio, documents, and text you upload or create ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
Consent to Record: You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions from other parties before recording them, uploading their audio, or using the App in online meetings.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, contains malware, or includes highly sensitive personal information (e.g., medical records, financial data) unless explicitly intended by the App's secure features.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
AI Accuracy: The summaries, transcriptions, and chatbot responses are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on the App for critical legal, medical, or financial advice.
As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
