This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

To provide our transcription, summarization, and AI chatbot services, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you create an account to use the App, we collect your personal information such as your name, email address, and password. If you choose to log in using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple ID), we collect the authentication information provided by that service.Â
Audio Data: We require access to your device's microphone to record audio in real-time. We also collect audio files you choose to upload.
Documents and Files: We collect the files (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx) you upload for summarization and analysis.
Text Input and Chat Data: We collect the text notes you type and the conversational data generated when you interact with our AI Chatbot.
Meeting Integrations (Upcoming Feature): If you choose to link the App to online meetings (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom), we collect meeting links, calendar metadata, and the resulting audio/transcripts from those sessions.
Automatically Collected Data: Like most apps, we may collect standard diagnostic and usage data, such as device type, operating system, app crash reports, and generic usage statistics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data exclusively to provide and improve the App's core functionalities:
To create, manage, and authenticate your account, allowing you to securely log in and sync your notes, audio, and documents across multiple devices.
To transcribe audio to text.
To generate summaries, action items, and extract value from your notes, audio, and documents.
To power the AI chatbot for contextual Q&A.
AI Processing: Your data (audio transcripts, documents, text) is securely transmitted to our third-party AI service providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Google Cloud) solely for processing your specific requests. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With trusted third-party AI APIs, cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and analytics tools that assist us in operating the App. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. You can initiate this directly within the App by navigating to (Profile > Delete Account), or by contacting us at Email: store@eztechglobal.com.
Deletion Process: Upon confirming the deletion request, all your personal information, uploaded files, generated summaries, and chat history will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active databases, except where retention is strictly required by law.
