Initiation Chair

Organize weekly events to prepare initiates for Tau Beta Pi membership.
Collaborate with executive board members to set up outreach, fundraising, and professional development events.
Organize and assist with the initiation process for twenty new Tau Beta Pi members per term.

Organize committee, board, and general meetings and provide contacts with industry.
Plan and assist with outreach events that provide volunteering opportunities.
Work with Associated Students government and Bourns College of Engineering Leadership Council to provide funding and opportunities for club members.
Assist with two interdisciplinary engineering projects meant to provide aid to developing nations.

Assisted with planning and execution of 5 film premieres and 2 high profiled speaking engagements on campus per quarter
Researched and surveyed student population for potential speakers and film event ideas for upcoming quarters
Coordinated hospitality riders for high-profiled artists and guests
Assisted with planning and execution of all school spirited, comedy, and alternate entertainment events on campus
Researched, contacted, and selected vendors for special events; and acted as liaison for event vendors
Collected vendor paperwork for University records and maintained professional communication with vendor
Coordinated and executed quarterly all ASPB meetings, regular socials, birthday celebrations, and volunteer appreciation week
Fostered outreach opportunities to the UCR community through implementing the Quarter for a Cause initiative each quarter
Supported the Leadership division through assisted with ASPB wide workshops and training
