Sultan Overseas Recruitment Solutions (SORS) connects ECNR-compliant Indian candidates with verified international employers across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

We specialize in placements for Warehouse, Logistics, Retail, Farming, Factory, Packaging, and Hospitality sectors.

All candidate data and documents are processed under GDPR compliance and International labour standards for safe and ethical recruitment

To maintain transparency and quality service, SORS collects a one-time administrative fee of ₹30,000 from each selected candidate for onsite job opportunities.

This fee covers:

• Sourcing and screening of your profile

• Shortlisting and interview arrangement

• Document verification and communication support

🔹 Refundable Portion: ₹20,000 will be refunded only if the employer cancels or withdraws the project before deployment.

🔹 Non-Refundable Portion: ₹10,000 is retained towards sourcing, screening, and interview coordination expenses.

🔹 No Refund: If the candidate fails to clear the medical, visa, or travel process — the fee is non-refundable.

> Note: Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after official employer cancellation confirmation.

1️⃣ Fill out the Candidate Registration Form (Onsite or Remote).

2️⃣ Attach your updated resume and passport copy.

3️⃣ Attend initial interview screening by SORS.

4️⃣ Wait for employer interview schedule and confirmation.

5️⃣ On selection, complete documentation and deployment process.
