Field Expeditions

One of the biggest questions we get is "How do you conduct field work at ASU" and we are often compared to "a fish out of water". And while we have not found any desert sharks yet (at least those with fins), we are able to conduct extensive field work largely through many collaborative efforts with diverse groups and individuals. Some of these expeditions offer the chance for citizen scientists to get involved and step into the shoes – or fins – of a shark scientist.
