Süleyman Kasal works in the field of Public Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Anadolu University. 

He earned his PhD in 2021 with a dissertation on fiscal-policy uncertainty and its macroeconomic consequences. 

His research focuses on fiscal policy, sovereign debt, and financial markets. 

Kasal teaches courses on public debt, public finance, and tax policy at undergraduate and graduate levels and has published numerous articles in national and international journals.
