By using Sukoon, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to access the Community features. By using these features, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store/Google Play Store. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple/Google and are never shared with us.

Subscription Management

Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat, which validates receipts and determines your access to premium features. RevenueCat does not receive any personal or financial information.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's/Google's terms.

Refunds

Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google through the App Store/Play store. We do not process refunds directly.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Community Guidelines

When participating in the community, you agree to:

• Be respectful and kind to other members

• Maintain Islamic etiquette (adab) in all interactions

• Not post content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing

• Not share personal information of others without consent

• Not spam, promote, or share misleading content

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Anything promoting violence or illegal activities

• Sexually explicit or inappropriate material

• Content that mocks or disrespects Islam

• Personal attacks or bullying

• Spam or commercial solicitation

Content Moderation

AI Moderation

All community content is reviewed by AI before publishing to ensure safety and compliance with our guidelines.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Reporting

Users can report content or behavior that violates our guidelines. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

Account Termination

Voluntary Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. This will permanently remove all your data.

Suspension or Ban

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines or engage in harmful behavior.
