What We Collect

No Email Required

We do not collect your email address. Community accounts use only a username and password for maximum anonymity.

Anonymous Usernames

Your community username is chosen by you and is not linked to any real identity.

Device Identifier

We generate a random device ID stored locally on your device. This is used only for ban enforcement to maintain community safety and is not linked to your identity.

Content You Create

Posts, comments, and votes you submit to the community are stored with your anonymous username.

Journey Memories (Optional)

If you choose to save guidance sessions, summaries are stored locally and linked only to your device ID.

How We Use Your Data

Providing Services

Your data enables core features like community posting, Islamic guidance, and personalized recommendations.

AI Content Moderation

Community posts and comments are processed by AI to ensure content safety and Islamic etiquette. This processing happens in real-time and content is not stored for training.

Community Safety

Device IDs are used to enforce bans against users who violate community guidelines, protecting all members.

Secure Cloud Storage

All data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

Local App Storage

Preferences, age verification, and session data are stored locally on your device using local app storage.

Your Rights

Account Deletion

You can delete your community account at any time from your profile. This permanently removes all your posts, comments, votes, and account data.

Clear Local Data

You can clear all locally stored data by clearing the app's data or cache in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

AI Services

We use AI services to provide Islamic guidance and content moderation. Your conversations are processed but not stored by these services for training purposes.

Subscription Services (RevenueCat & Apple/Google)

RevenueCat manages in-app subscriptions and receipt validation. It processes anonymised purchase history and transaction receipts to verify subscription status and provide access to premium features. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment method details. All financial transactions are handled securely by the Apple App Store/Google Play Store; we do not store or have access to your payment information. Subscriptions are subject to Apple's/Google's terms and refund policies.

App Store Analytics

We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics provided by App Store Connect to monitor app performance and stability. This data is not linked to your identity.

No Advertising or Third-Party Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising networks or external tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Account & Data Management We value your privacy. Sukoon allows for anonymous participation in our community blog.

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your anonymous blog account and all associated posts directly within the app settings at any time. This action is permanent and removes your data from our records.

• Support Requests: If you encounter any issues deleting your data or wish to request manual removal of a specific post, please email us at Sukoonconflict@gmail.com.

• Subscriptions: To cancel a subscription, please use the standard Apple Subscriptions menu in your iPhone Settings or the in-app button in the terms of service page..
