Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the SUic Player mobile application (the "Service") operated by Md. Mehedi Hasan Rabbani, under the developer brand Soiad Mahedi ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the SUic Player application on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. The Service

SUic Player is a media player application that allows you to play local video and audio files and stream content from direct network URLs. The Service includes features for managing media files (e.g., renaming, deleting, sharing) and customizing the playback experience.

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and is supported by advertisements (Google AdMob).

4. User Responsibilities and Content

• Your Content: We do not claim any ownership rights to the local media files (videos, audio, subtitles) that you access through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you play, manage, share, or delete using the App. You affirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content you access.

• Backups: The App provides file management features, including the ability to delete files. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backups of your important media files. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of your files.

• Network Streaming: You are solely responsible for the network stream URLs you use. You must ensure that you have the legal right to stream the content from any URL you provide.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Using the Service to play, stream, or access any content for which you do not hold the proper rights or permissions (e.g., copyrighted material).

• Attempting to stream content from services that do not provide direct, playable media links. This Service does not support and is not intended for use with social media or embedded video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the App.

• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the App.

• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

• Using any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.

• Bypassing, removing, or interfering with any of the security features or ad-display mechanisms of the App.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service is ad-supported and uses third-party services:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy and in Google's Privacy & Terms. We are not responsible for the content or offers provided in these advertisements.

• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Realtime Database): We use Firebase for anonymous crash reporting, analytics to improve the app, and to check for app updates.

Your interactions with any third-party advertisements or services are solely between you and the third party.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the SUic Player application from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's operation or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that all media formats, codecs, or network protocols will be supported or will function perfectly on all devices. Playback performance may vary based on your device and the media file itself.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Soiad Mahedi (Md. Mehedi Hasan Rabbani) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

• Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

• Any loss or damage to your personal media files.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including advertisements).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soiad Mahedi (Md. Mehedi Hasan Rabbani) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: a) Your use and access of the Service. b) Your violation of any of these Terms. c) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Eligibility and Use by Minors

Our Service is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 16, you should use this Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Parents and guardians are advised to monitor their children's use of the Service and ensure that no personal data is shared without their consent.

If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide notice of any new terms, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
