Where is nicotine sold?

Different forms of nicotine can be sold at gas stations, liquor stores, and smoke shops. One of our sources Stacy Chiles, from SAY San Diego, mentioned that a smoke shop in Pacific beach called Funky Monkey is where most teens are illegally purchasing nicotine.
