I’m a qualified CBT therapist and life coach, and I’ve been supporting adults since 2019. My style is gentle, collaborative and grounded. I work integratively, which simply means I bring together different therapeutic approaches so the work fits you, your pace, your personality, and what you’re carrying, rather than expecting you to fit a single model. Alongside CBT, I’m trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and I weave in compassion‑focused, relational and coaching‑based ideas to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find steadier ways forward.
I currently offer online therapy, which many people find calmer and more accessible. It allows you to talk from a space that feels safe, without the pressure of travelling or sitting in a waiting room.
Over the years I’ve worked with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and long‑standing patterns that feel hard to shift. I also have particular experience in areas that can feel sensitive or difficult to talk about: body image concerns, adult ARFID, and disordered eating. My aim is to offer a space where you can speak openly without feeling judged, rushed or overwhelmed.
People often describe me as warm, steady and easy to talk to. I try to create a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, somewhere you can explore what’s going on, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful, sustainable change.
