As a member of the Student Welfare Association catering to students from Barisal Division, I shouldered various responsibilities. These roles provided me with opportunities for learning and growth through interactions with both seniors and juniors. Here is a glimpse of those responsibilities:
Organizing stalls during university entrance exams to assist incoming students and their guardians.
Coordinating a campfire program involving graduating students and freshmen.
Facilitating the annual tour, involving students from all batches.
Organizing formal gatherings with individuals to execute initiatives for social awareness.
Amar Ekushey Hall, named in honor of the sacrifice of the brave individuals who laid down their lives for the establishment of Bengali as the state language of Bangladesh, stands as the largest residential hall among the six designated for male students at KUET. Despite having been officially designed to accommodate approximately 550 students, an unofficial estimate suggested that around 1000 students resided there in conditions of congestion at that time.
In the course of my junior year, I undertook the responsibility of dining management. My duties included:
Daily collection of the allocated funds from the Provost's Office and procurement of essential food items in collaboration with the dining staff.
Coordination of monthly feasts for the diners, achieved by setting aside a portion of the daily budget.
Facilitation of the 2018 annual feast for the hall residents.
In my senior year, I assumed the role of Hall Coordinator, encompassing diverse responsibilities:
I oversaw the management of the hall's overall curriculum with the assistance of the discipline committee.
I organized the Intra-Hall annual sports tournament 2019.
I led the hall's participation in the 2019 University Day, securing the top position in the rally competition.
This was one of the biggest occasions orchestrated by the Department of EEE, KUET. Predominantly, the event was categorized into three segments: Alumni Talks, Tech Fiesta, and Cultural Fest. I, along with my peers, took charge of coordinating various segments within the Tech Fiesta, Specifically overseeing:

Poster Presentation
During the Cultural Fest, my responsibilities extended to organizing the program schedule, maintaining order, and ensuring overall discipline.
The EEE Association, an organization within the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department at KUET, is constituted by four student representatives, each from distinct academic sessions, and is led by a professor serving as the president on an annual basis. In my capacity as the most junior member, I was nominated to the position of Assistant General Secretary (AGS) without the need for an electoral process, having been chosen for the role by my peers.
As a member of the association, I took on various roles and responsibilities:
I orchestrated an industrial attachment at West Zone Power Distribution Company Ltd. to get hands-on experience in the field of power distribution systems within my country.
I spearheaded and coordinated the reception event for the incoming batch (2K16) and organized the farewell ceremony for the outgoing batch (2K12).
In my capacity as the representative of my cohort, I undertook the responsibility of organizing the annual excursion, collaborating with both my peers and juniors, I arranged a two-day and three-night annual tour.
In addition to these responsibilities, I collaborated with professors for academic endeavors. This role significantly contributed to the acquisition of valuable skills, including leadership, management, and cooperation.
This constituted a nationwide technology festival, attracting participation from a considerable number of universities. As a freshman, I was privileged to serve as a volunteer, contributing to the seamless coordination of program activities and assisting my seniors. Some notable segments were:
