Dr. Sudip Kumar Chatterjee is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Bennett University. Prior to his present appointment, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Instrumentation and Applied Physics, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, from 2020-2021, at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur from 2017-2020, and at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur during 2016-2017. He received his doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2016. His research interests include Nonlinear parametric processes, Beam manipulation in fiber, and Advanced interferometric sensors. Dr. Chatterjee is an active member of Optica (formerly OSA), and IEEE Photonics Society and has served as the reviewer of Optics Letters, Optics Express, Applied Optics, JOSA A, JOSA B, Optics Communication, Optical and Quantum Electronics, etc.
