## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Subzly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the developer, Kaan Dındış.
## 2. Description of the App
Subzly is a personal subscription tracking and management application for iOS. It allows you to:
- Manually add, edit, and organize your subscriptions
- Track billing cycles, payment dates, and costs
- Set local reminders for upcoming payments
- View spending summaries and analytics calculated from your local data
- Access subscription tracking features with an auto-renewing subscription ("Subzly Pro")
Analytics and reminders run entirely on your device. Reminders are local notifications, not server push messages.
All user-generated data — including subscription records, preferences, and profile information — is stored locally on your device. Subzly does not operate a backend server for storing your personal data.
## 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Subzly. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your region.
## 4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful personal purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not introduce harmful or abusive content
- Not attempt to circumvent subscription or access restrictions
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the subscription data you enter
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Understanding that deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data
## 5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subzly Pro provides access to the App's subscription tracking features through an auto-renewing subscription billed via the Apple App Store.
### 5.1 Subscription Plans and Access
Subzly offers monthly and annual subscription options. Both plans include the same features:
- Subscription tracking without a two-subscription limit
- Reminders and local notifications for active subscriptions in your library
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly Analytics views
- Full use of categories, brand logos, and customization options
- Access to future features as they are released
Subzly does not offer a free usage tier. After onboarding, an active Subzly Pro subscription is required to access Home, Subscriptions, Calendar, Analytics, and Settings.
If you dismiss the paywall without subscribing, the App displays a locked access screen. From that screen, you can open the paywall again or restore an existing purchase.
Pricing may vary by region. The applicable price, billing period, and renewal information are displayed on the purchase screen before you confirm a purchase.
### 5.2 Billing & Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day of each billing cycle
- To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage or cancel your subscription via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Subzly
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access remains active until then
- The developer cannot cancel, modify, pause, or issue refunds for subscriptions
- Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy; the developer does not process refunds directly
### 5.3 Billing Grace Period, Expiration, and Billing Issues
If a renewal payment cannot be completed, Apple may continue attempting to recover the payment. If Apple provides a billing grace period, Subzly Pro access remains active during that period.
If the payment is not recovered before the grace period ends, or if the subscription otherwise expires, is refunded, or is revoked:
- Access to the App becomes locked
- All existing subscription records remain stored locally on your device and are not deleted solely because Pro access ended
- Home, Subscriptions, Calendar, Analytics, and Settings cannot be accessed until an active Pro entitlement is restored
- You can renew your subscription, update your payment method through Apple, or use Restore Purchases
- After active access is restored, you can continue using the locally stored data on that device
The availability and duration of any billing grace period are determined by Apple.
### 5.4 Restore Purchases
Tap Restore Purchases on the Subzly Pro paywall or locked access screen. Active users can also go to Settings → Purchases → Restore Purchases within the App.
You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your eligible subscription can be restored on an iOS device signed in with that Apple ID.
Restore Purchases restores eligible Pro access only. Subzly does not sync locally stored subscription records between devices. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between Apple IDs.
### 5.5 Family Sharing
Subzly Pro does not support Family Sharing. Only the purchasing Apple ID receives Pro access.
### 5.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Apple will notify you of price changes and request consent where required under Apple's rules or applicable law. If you do not agree with a new price, you may cancel before the applicable renewal date.

## 6. Data Storage & Security
All Subzly data is stored locally on your device. No subscription records, personal information, or preferences are transmitted to or stored on external servers operated by us.
You are responsible for backing up your device and securing it with a passcode or biometric authentication. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
Clearing local data or deleting the App does not cancel your Apple subscription.
## 7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App — including its design, source code, branding, and visual assets — are owned by Kaan Dındış. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
## 8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Subzly Pro
- Manipulate or bypass Pro access controls
## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Subzly does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Timely delivery of local notifications
- Compatibility with all devices or future iOS versions
- Protection against data loss due to device failure, OS updates, or other causes
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device malfunction, iOS bugs or updates, iCloud issues, app deletion, or storage corruption. Users are responsible for maintaining their own device backups.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data tracked in the App
- Your sole remedy if dissatisfied with the App is to stop using it and delete it from your device
## 11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or defraud the subscription system, or misuse Pro features. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the App does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
## 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, pricing changes, legal requirements, or other updates. Changes become effective once published in the App or App Store release notes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
## 13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Türkiye.
