1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Subzly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the developer, Kaan Dındış.
2. Description of the App
Subzly is a personal subscription tracking and management application for iOS. It allows you to:
- Manually add, edit, and organize your subscriptions
- Track billing cycles, payment dates, and costs
- Set local reminders for upcoming payments
- View spending summaries and analytics calculated from your local data
- Unlock unlimited tracking with an auto-renewing subscription ("Subzly Pro")
Analytics and reminders run entirely on your device. Reminders are local notifications, not server push messages.
All user-generated data — including subscription records, preferences, and profile information — is stored locally on your device. Subzly does not operate a backend server for storing your personal data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Subzly. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your region.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful personal purposes
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not introduce harmful or abusive content
- Not attempt to circumvent subscription or access restrictions
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the subscription data you enter
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Understanding that deleting the App permanently removes all locally stored data
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Subzly Pro provides access to premium features through an auto-renewing subscription billed via the Apple App Store.
5.1 Subscription Plans
Subzly offers monthly and annual subscription options. Both plans include the same premium features:
- Unlimited subscription tracking (no 2-subscription storage cap)
- Reminders and local notifications for all active subscriptions in your library
- Full use of categories, brand logos, and customization options without plan limits
- Access to future premium-only features as they are released
The Analytics view is available on the free plan as well. Pro is required to store and manage more than two subscriptions and to keep reminders for your full list.
Pricing may vary by region. See the App Store listing for current pricing in your country.
5.2 Free Plan Limits
Free users can use Subzly with the following limitations:
- Up to 2 stored subscriptions (active and paused combined)
- Add, edit, delete, and manually pause subscriptions within that limit
- Local reminders for active subscriptions, subject to iOS notification permission and the in-app notifications toggle
- Analytics with weekly, monthly, and yearly summaries (expenses only)
You can use the free plan indefinitely within these limits.
5.3 Billing & Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar day of each billing cycle
- To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage or cancel your subscription via: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Subzly
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro access remains active until then
- The developer cannot cancel, modify, pause, or issue refunds for subscriptions
- Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy; the developer does not process refunds directly
5.4 When a Subscription Expires
If your Subzly Pro subscription ends:
- All existing subscription records remain on your device and you will not lose any data
- If you have more than 2 stored subscriptions, the oldest eligible subscriptions (up to two) stay active; additional subscriptions are paused and their pending reminders are cancelled
- You cannot add new subscriptions if your stored total already exceeds 2
- Subscriptions paused due to the free plan limit cannot be edited until you resubscribe (deletion remains available)
- Reminders may continue for active subscriptions (up to two) that still have reminders enabled
- You may continue using the app as a free user within free plan limits
5.5 Restore Purchases
Tap Restore Purchases on the Subzly Pro paywall, or go to Settings → Purchases within the app. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Your subscription is available on any iOS device signed in with that Apple ID.
Subscriptions cannot be transferred between Apple IDs.
5.6 Family Sharing
Subzly Pro does not support Family Sharing. Only the purchasing Apple ID receives Pro access.
5.7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time. Apple will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. New pricing applies at the next renewal cycle. If you do not agree, you must cancel before the renewal date.

6. Data Storage & Security
All Subzly data is stored locally on your device. No subscription records, personal information, or preferences are transmitted to or stored on external servers operated by us.
You are responsible for backing up your device and securing it with a passcode or biometric authentication. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App — including its design, source code, branding, and visual assets — are owned by Kaan Dındış. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any subscription tier
- Manipulate or exploit the free plan limit or Pro access controls
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Subzly does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Timely delivery of local notifications
- Compatibility with all devices or future iOS versions
- Protection against data loss due to device failure, OS updates, or other causes
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device malfunction, iOS bugs or updates, iCloud issues, app deletion, or storage corruption. Users are responsible for maintaining their own device backups.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data tracked in the App
- Your sole remedy if dissatisfied with the App is to stop using it and delete it from your device
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the App if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or defraud the subscription system, or misuse premium features. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, pricing changes, legal requirements, or other updates. Changes become effective once published in the App or App Store release notes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Türkiye.
