Subvia: Cancel Subscriptions is provided by Phuc Tran. These terms describe your use of Subvia and its related services.

1. WHAT SUBVIA DOES
Subvia helps you record subscriptions, review recurring costs, track payment dates and find cancellation instructions.
Subvia does not create or maintain a user account. Optional iCloud sync uses the user’s existing Apple Account and private iCloud storage.
Subvia does not connect to your bank, read your mailbox, retrieve your complete Apple subscription list or cancel third-party services for you. Deleting a record, pausing tracking or marking a service as cancelled in Subvia does not stop the provider from charging you. Complete cancellation with the provider and keep its confirmation.
Forecasts, comparisons, savings figures and AI results are estimates based on the information available. They are not financial advice, verified bank transactions or guaranteed savings. Check prices, dates, currencies and cancellation instructions before relying on them.
2. APP LICENSE AND YOUR CONTENT
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These terms supplement that agreement. Nothing here removes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
You retain your rights in documents and information you enter. Submit only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information, misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.
Third-party names and logos identify services and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. FREE ACCESS AND PREMIUM
The current default Free allowance is one manually managed saved subscription. The app displays the applicable allowance, which may change with app configuration.
All saved records count, including paused and cancelled records. Deleting a record frees a place. If the allowance decreases or Premium ends, saved records remain available to view. Editing may be restricted to records within the allowance.
AI scanning, imports, reminders, widgets, cancellation guides, advanced insights, comparison, backup and sync, and other features identified in the app require Premium.
Feature availability can depend on permissions, the user’s device and third-party services. Demo records are illustrative and separate from the user’s own records.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, TRIALS AND BILLING
Subvia offers weekly and yearly Premium subscriptions.
Before confirmation, the purchase screen displays the localized billed amount, currency, billing period, renewal terms and any eligible free trial. Those purchase disclosures govern the transaction.
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. Viewing a trial offer does not start the trial.
Payment is charged to the user’s Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed or after an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the end of that period.
An eligible free trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled in time.
Manage or cancel Subvia Premium in:
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Turning off renewal normally retains access for the remaining paid period. Apple may end access immediately when a free trial is cancelled. Expired, refunded or revoked purchases do not provide Premium unless Apple reports another valid entitlement.
Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases associated with the user’s Apple Account.
Deleting Subvia data or uninstalling Subvia does not cancel Premium or erase Apple’s transaction records.
Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law:

5. DATA, DELETION AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Privacy Policy explains local records, optional iCloud sync, selected documents sent for AI analysis, Apple purchases, Firebase configuration, optional analytics and support information.
Users can permanently delete their Subvia data in:
Settings → Account & data → Delete all Subvia data
This removes subscriptions, budgets, payment history, local recovery data, shared files and Subvia records stored in the user’s private iCloud database.
Deleting Subvia data does not cancel an App Store subscription, erase Apple’s purchase records, delete exported files saved elsewhere or remove information controlled by an external provider.
Keep backups of important records. Notifications require permission and may be affected by device settings or system delivery.
AI services, provider websites and other external services may be unavailable or change. Users remain responsible for checking payment and cancellation deadlines.
6. AVAILABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
We work to maintain Subvia but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free analysis or compatibility with every document or provider.
To the extent permitted by law and Apple’s EULA, the app is provided as available without additional warranties.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update these terms when features or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Additional notice will be provided where required.
Subscription changes remain subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
