SUBVIA PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Subvia: Cancel Subscriptions is provided by Phuc Tran. This policy explains how information is handled when you track subscriptions, scan documents, use optional iCloud sync, purchase Premium or contact support.

1. NO SUBVIA ACCOUNT
Subvia does not create or maintain a user account.
There is no Subvia account registration, email login, Sign in with Apple login or demo account login.
References to an Apple Account relate only to the user’s existing Apple Account for App Store purchases and optional private iCloud synchronization. Subvia does not create or control that Apple Account.
2. YOUR RECORDS AND LOCAL STORAGE
Subscription names, amounts, currencies, dates, categories, payment history, notes and preferences entered in Subvia are stored on the user’s device.
Subvia does not connect to the user’s bank or mailbox and cannot retrieve the user’s complete Apple subscription list. Demo records are sample data.
If iCloud sync is enabled, Subvia uses the user’s private iCloud storage to synchronize supported records between the user’s devices. Apple operates this service. Changes and deletions can synchronize to other devices.
Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies stored in iCloud or device backups. Exported files remain wherever the user saves or shares them.
3. IMAGES, CAMERA, DOCUMENTS AND AI ANALYSIS
When the user chooses AI analysis, the selected photo, camera image, PDF pages or text and the instructions needed to process them are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing service and its AI providers.
Content can include subscription names, prices, billing dates and personal information visible in the selected document. These services analyze the content to suggest subscription records.
Subvia does not send the user’s entire photo library or mailbox. CSV and TSV imports are processed locally.
Submit only content you are authorized to use. Crop or remove unnecessary information, such as full payment-card numbers.
AI results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every result before saving. Manual entry is available instead of AI analysis.
Our AI processing service and its providers may process request content and technical information, including IP addresses, request identifiers and error metadata, to deliver and secure the service.
Processing and retention depend on the service and provider involved. This policy does not promise immediate deletion or zero retention of submitted content.
Do not include sensitive documents in a support message unless necessary.
4. APPLE PURCHASES
Apple processes payments and keeps its transaction records.
Subvia does not receive the user’s payment-card number, bank credentials or Apple Account password.
Subvia uses product and transaction identifiers, verification results, purchase dates, expiration dates and entitlement status to unlock, restore and manage Premium access.
Deleting Subvia data or uninstalling Subvia does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase Apple’s transaction records.
5. CONFIGURATION, ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT
Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Installations, provided by Google, deliver app configuration.
These services may process installation identifiers, app and operating-system versions, configuration requests, IP addresses and connection information for service delivery, reliability and security.
Subscription records and scanned documents are not included in Remote Config requests.
Usage measurement is disabled until iOS tracking permission is allowed. When permission is allowed, Google Analytics may collect app interaction events, installation identifiers, app and device information, approximate location derived from IP addresses, and verified Premium transaction information.
This information is used to measure app use, installs, trial starts and purchases. Saved subscription records, notes and scanned documents are not included in analytics events.
Apple processes payments. Google does not receive payment-card details from Subvia.
Advertising measurement helps us understand which advertising campaigns lead to installs and Premium actions. Use of the advertising identifier and tracking across other companies’ apps and websites requires iOS App Tracking Transparency permission.
If the user declines tracking permission, Subvia keeps Analytics collection, advertising storage and advertising user-data consent disabled. The user can still use the app and purchase Premium.
Ad personalization is disabled. The current release does not display advertisements.
Users can also turn off usage measurement in:
Settings → Privacy
Turning it off stops future analytics collection and resets the local analytics identifier. It does not automatically delete information previously processed by Google.
Tracking permission can be managed separately in iOS Settings.
6. PERMISSIONS AND PRIVACY CONTROLS
Camera access is used only when the user chooses to capture an image.
Photo and file pickers provide only the content selected by the user.
Notification permission allows payment and trial reminders. Declining a permission may prevent the related feature from working but does not prevent use of unrelated app features.
Face ID and Touch ID use Apple’s on-device Local Authentication system. Subvia does not receive or store biometric templates.
The app passcode is protected using device storage mechanisms.
Hiding amounts changes what appears on screen. Exported files can still contain the actual values.
7. SUPPORT, PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES
If the user contacts support, we receive the email address, message and attachments sent by the user. We use this information to respond and resolve the request.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to service providers that operate features described in this policy.
We do not sell subscription records or scanned documents.
Apple provides App Store purchases, on-device Local Authentication such as Face ID or Touch ID, and optional iCloud services. Subvia does not create or maintain a user account.
Google provides Firebase configuration, optional Analytics and advertising measurement services, and hosts this website through Google Sites.
Our AI processing service and its AI providers process content submitted for AI analysis.
External websites and cancellation links are operated by their respective providers and have their own privacy practices.
Providers may process information outside the user’s country, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

8. RETENTION AND DATA DELETION
Local records remain until the user removes them through Subvia or applicable device controls.
Subvia does not create or maintain a user account.
To permanently delete Subvia data, open:
Settings → Account & data → Delete all Subvia data
The deletion flow includes a confirmation step.
Confirming deletion removes subscriptions, budgets, payment history, local recovery data, shared files and Subvia records stored in the user’s private iCloud database.
After successful deletion, Subvia displays an on-screen confirmation.
Deleting Subvia data does not:
• Cancel an App Store subscription.
• Delete Apple’s transaction records.
• Delete files the user previously exported or shared elsewhere.
• Delete data contained in device or third-party backups.
• Automatically delete information previously processed by analytics, support, AI or other external providers.
Apple, Google, AI providers and other external providers apply their own retention and deletion controls to information they process.
Support and technical records are retained for the time needed to provide the service, respond to requests, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Different types of records may have different retention periods.
9. USER RIGHTS
Depending on the user’s location, the user may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority.

We may need to verify the request and will explain any information that must be retained.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive documents.
For information controlled by Apple, Google or another provider, the user may also need to use that provider’s privacy controls.
Withdrawing permission or consent does not undo processing already lawfully completed.
10. SECURITY, CHILDREN AND CHANGES
We use platform protections and encrypted network connections for app services. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Users should protect their devices, passcodes, backups and exported files.
Subvia is not directed to children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy when features or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Additional notice will be provided where required.
The policy is available through Subvia and the App Store listing.
