Terms of Service — Subscription Tracker

By downloading or using Subscription Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Subscription Tracker helps you track and manage your personal subscriptions. The App is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription (Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual plan). Payment is processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store, not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
3. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it will convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.
4. Refunds
All payments are processed and billed directly by Google Play or Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds ourselves.
If you forget to cancel your subscription before it renews, you will be charged for the new billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play or Apple, in accordance with their respective refund policies. We are not responsible for issuing refunds and do not guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
5. Your Data

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
