27/09/2022: Guest Lecturer at Jiangxi Normal University, China.
Topic: Vertical graphene-based supercapacitors. The two-hour lecture was given on the basic of supercapacitors, how they differ from other energy storage devices, importance of nanostructures as an active electrode material, techniques of surface engineering, state-of-art plasma-based grown vertical graphene and its challenges.
Number of students: 7, Duration: 2 hrs. I received honorarium of 300 USD
11/04/2022: Guest Lecturer at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India.
Topic: Materials for supercapacitors. The lecture was given as a Foreign Expert Lecture in the School of Advanced Sciences, VIT. The lecture was on the basic of supercapacitors, how they differ from other energy storage devices, importance of nanostructures as an active electrode material, techniques of surface engineering, state-of-art supercapacitor electrode materials and its challenges.
Number of students: 15, Duration: 2 hrs. I received an honorarium of 3000 INR for the lecture.
