Teaching Assistant in Microfluidics and Nanofluidics NPTEL course (noc23- me134)
As a teaching assistant for the Microfluidics and Nanofluidics course by SWAYAM under the supervision of Prof. Suman Chakraborty. I was responsible for conducting Assignments, Question papers, and doubt-solving.
The tasks consisted of successfully conducting the basics of microfluidics and nanofluidics, with lab demonstrations on governing equations, low Reynolds number hydrodynamics, unsteady microflows, friction characteristics, lubrication theory, slip boundary conditions, surface tension-driven flow, capillary filling, droplet generation, microfluidics on a rotating disc, electrostatics, electrowetting-on-a-dielectric, electrokinetics, nanoscale flows, and paper-based microfluidic devices. Applications include medical technology and energy harvesting.
