Title: Evaporation-driven self-assembly for nanoscale materials patterning
High complexity and precise control are two main problems with nanoscale self-assembly. Research on the vapor-mediated self-assembly at the micro- and macro scales are extensive; however, nanoscale research on this topic is still in its early stages. In this same regard, we propose a specific control technique for self-assembling through droplet evaporation in the nanoscale domain. This research effort, which is a first of its kind in the context of nanoscale systems, has the potential to revolutionize the state-of-the-art in nanofabrication. We want to understand the basic mechanism of different pattern formation of engineered nanoparticle-induced droplets to manage the deposition pattern. The primary focus of our study is nanoscale deposition in a macroscale system.
