본 연구실은 아주대학교 의과대학에 소속된 정밀의료 연구실 입니다. 현재 4차 산업 시대의 빅데이터 환경은 과거와 비교해 데이터의 양은 물론 질과 다양성 측면에서 패러다임의 전환을 의미합니다. 따라서 수많은 데이터 속에서 빠르고 임상적으로 의미있는 정보를 도출할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다. 선도형 미래유망기술을 통하여 오믹스 기반 질병 진단, 예후예측 플랫폼을 개발하고 환자 맞춤형 정밀의학 구현을 위한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

We are an interdisciplinary team that seeks to develop innovative approach to tailoring medical treatment to the individual characteristics of each patient. Our research is devoted to extracting clinically meaningful information from ever-expanding genomic databases, identifying new therapeutic targets for the treatment of cancer and neurodegenerative disorders.
