Drive accurate, data-driven, and consistent ESG communications across internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain auditable records for SCDD maturity scores, KPI requirements, and ESG program evidence.
Develop and manage M&E frameworks, dashboards, trackers, and sustainability data models.

The Reckitt Chittagong Factory Team faced some challenges due to multiple QR codes for RSO (Reckitt Safety Observation) reporting that includes: BSO (Behavior Observation System), E-BSO (Environmental Behavior Observation System), Near Miss, Hazard Identification and reporting, and GEMBA Safety Walk.
Therefore, by digitalizing the whole RSO reporting system, I developed a new smart reporting system through a Mobile Application for GEMBA Observations and RSO reporting for the management team at Reckitt. Other can report through the website.

This project was done on Power BI where I transformed the Store Sales Forecasting Dataset into an insightful and interactive tool using Power BI.
This project highlights the power of data visualization in turning raw data into actionable insights, and improving operational efficiency of businesses.
Developed an interactive dashboard in Tableau from a Churn Dataset visualizing the customer churn rates of Telco Systems, packed with insightful data to drive actionable strategies.
Using OpenCV for vehicle counting and congestion detection, and ANN for accident detection, the real-time system aims to reduce signal wait times, detect accidents, and prevent congestion.
This paper proposes a machine learning-based traffic management system. Here, we developed a system that operates in real-time, and this system has the potential to contribute to the overall safety and efficiency of traffic management and the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed system is evaluated through experiments and comparison with existing methods.
