This accomplishment is a true team effort! Huge thanks to my colleagues- Mr. Nayan, Mr. Shihab, Mr. Apon, Mr. Rokib, Mr. Uthsha for their constant support, feedback and encouragement. 

The completion of my 3-month Apprenticeship at Reckitt Chittagong Factory in the Supply Department, where I delved into the Reckitt Production System (R-PS). Additionally, I had the chance to collaborate with the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) department, gaining valuable insights into safety operations. A highlight was experiencing a global visit and participating in two audits.

My heartfelt gratitude to the Factory Manager, Senior Management Team, and my Internship Supervisor for their invaluable support and guidance. Also, a big thanks to the HR & Talent Recruitment Board for this incredible opportunity!  

Celebrating Environment Week 2024 at Reckitt! On this week we held various training programs on protecting the environment that included issues like Land Restoration, Desertification and Drough Resilience.

On the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, we at Reckitt Chittagong Factory held a Safety Week, providing various training on Health and Safety Standards. We celebrated it through raising awareness, and wearing a common t-shirt to promote safety.

At Reckitt, safety isn't just a priority; it's our guiding principle, ensuring the well-being of our employees above all else. 

Have been a part of and experienced an industrial visit to our Reckitt Chittagong Factory with Pascal Montilus.

During the visit, we showcased our commitment to factory operations, sustainability, and our Reckitt Production System. Additionally, I am delighted to have the opportunity to assist in developing the 'Chittagong RPS Corner' which was inaugurated during the visit.

We received a lot of appreciation and praise for our dedication to improving the RPS (Reckitt Production System) site, that showcased and provided valuable insights for long-term growth of our operations. 

On 27 May 2022, I attended an International Conference on English Language and Literature in the Pedagogical Perspective: Embracing the Landscape Shift through Innovative Practices (ICELLP 2K22).

It was organized by the Department of Basic Science and Humanities (English Section) Narula Institute of Technology, Kolkata in collaboration with Indian Society for the Promotion of English Language and Literature (iSPELL).

Presenting an Abstract Research Paper on (P63) Humanities In The Digital Age co-authored and under the mentorship of a professor from the Department of Humanities, Narula Institute of Technology, at an International Conference in collaboration with the Indian Society for the Promotion of English Language and Literature (iSPELL).
