Racism and Discrimination is a disease that continues to exist even in the 21st century. From the outside, society may appear equal and inclusive, yet personal and academic experiences often reveal otherwise. I have witnessed and experienced how people are treated differently because of their race, religion, background, or appearance. Awareness is the first step toward change, and humanity must rise above discrimination in all forms.
