Assistance options include:
Financial Assistance for Troop Dues, Books and Uniforms - Submitted by parents or troop leaders on behalf of Girl Scouts for financial assistance to cover troop dues, a complete uniform, and/or program level materials. See the application for details on how often assistance can be received for each category.
Training Grant Application - Adult volunteers can request financial assistance support for fees associated with training. This assistance is available to one volunteer per troop per year for each course.
All-level Program Grant Application - To request program grants for any individual Girl Scout or adult volunteer who requires financial assistance to participate in approved Girl Scout activities. Requires 6-8 weeks advance notice.
Troop, Group, and Individual Program Loan Application - For troops, groups, and individuals to request loans when funds for an approved Girl Scout expense are not available at the time that payment is due. Troop Money Matters
First and foremost, make sure you have read Chapter 5 in Volunteer Essentials!
Troop monthly financial report template - Troop Money Managers should save a copy for their troops to track monthly expenses and income. Troops need to submit this to the SU Money Manager throughout the year.

Build awareness and financial literacy. Meet your troop goals for badges, activities, and FUN! The linked template is just an example to help you get started, you are welcome to use any budgeting format that works for you.
