Background: As well as being an accredited mediator, specialising in SEND Mediation, I am also a qualified teacher with over 12 years’ valuable experience. Prior to that I was Editor of the BBC Radio Collection, and for many years as a Producer devised and made programmes for BBC Network Radio and several well-known publishers, latterly specialising in Readings and Drama for BBC Radio 4.

My career has brought me into contact with a wide range of people from all walks of life, in a range of different workplace settings, and the skills I have developed in my previous roles are very helpful as a Mediator, helping to provide a route to conflict resolution.
