• We are seeking youth organizations that actively organize activities for children and young people and that are already engaged in developing and implementing an anti-bullying policy within their daily practice. These organizations should have existing experience, knowledge, and concrete approaches to responding to bullying, and be motivated to further strengthen their work through international exchange.

• We welcome both locally or regionally active organizations and those with no prior international experience, as long as they are open to mutual learning, sharing expertise, and contributing as equal partners in a peer-learning environment.

• It is essential that selected participants are directly involved in the partner organization’s work on bullying, so they can bring concrete practices, tools, and experiences to the study visit. At the same time, they should be in a position to transfer the knowledge, insights, and methodologies gained during the project back into their own organization, ensuring a sustainable impact 

The primary target group for this project are youth workers aged 21 and older. We prefer youth workers who engage with children and young people in their free time, whether as professionals (paid youth workers) or as volunteers (unpaid youth workers or those receiving a volunteer allowance).

• We are targeting youth workers who:

  • Have some experience in youth work.

  • Take an active role in their organization (either as professionals or volunteers).

  • Can pass on the learned competencies to their fellow youth workers within or outside the organization.

  • Are open-minded, curious, and eager to learn and share their experiences with others.

  • Maintain an open attitude toward all participants and recognize the value and qualities of everyone present.

Direct impact of the project on the participant and partner of this project:

• Strengthening capacity to respond effectively to bullying situations by exploring practical approaches such as the “no blame” method.

• Engaging in meaningful exchange and peer learning with European youth workers, where all partners contribute as equals.

• Participants broaden their perspectives by sharing and comparing experiences, tools, and practices related to bullying responses.

• Reflections on their own practices and identify opportunities to improve ethical and effective response strategies.

• Participants bring back fresh ideas and applicable methodologies to enhance their daily youth work practice.

• Reinforcing connection to an international network of youth organizations and contribute to strengthening the Flemish network.
