Overall Steps to Follow in this Project

Apply

• 1. Submit application

  2. Get onboarded - Receive a confirmation email

  3. Get notified of your group

Agree on Dates

• Meet you group and decide on dates - Meet in Zoom or Google Group

Learn

• Look at the resources listed and any other resources about Assessing Catalyst Proposals you wish. Learn whatever and however much as you want to.

Prepare your show-and-tell on what you learned (make the artifact).

• 1. Use the pre-set questions

  2. Make a 5 or 10-minute video about what you learned about being a catalyst proposal assessor.

Submit the artifact

1. Upload or submit your video, send in the URL or file.

2. Enter the metadata (five or six fields in a form). We will post the artifacts.

Validate

1. Watch your two group members' presentations. Confirm using the validation form your group members convince you they made progress in their learning.

2. Repeat the Learn-Create-Submit-Validate cycle twice.

Finish

1. Do a short reflection question.

2. Get paid.

We expect it will take most people from 10-15 hours for this work. Participants will be paid only when they've completed all items on this list.
