Learning Agreement and Reflection Questions

This is the agreement you'll need to sign with your study buddies. Here you'll also see the reflection questions you're being asked to use as you reflect on your topic, "Catalyst proposal assessing."

Once the group are formed you'll have a chance to discuss with your two group members on dates for your learning contracts.

About the Bounties

1. This is our first time setting up and administering bounties. We value innovation with fairness and transparency.

2. To keep things as simple, effective, and fair as possible we will only recruit six participants this time. Watch this space for opportunities to get involved as we move the whole initiative forward.

3. Participants will be paid in ONE PAYMENT when the participant has completed all project tasks. The payment will be $300 USD or more, depending on the exact number of final participants.

4. We will go with a first-come-first-serve FCFS approach. In principle the first six people who meet the criteria will become the participants. Other applicants will then form a wait list in case we need substitutes. In addition to FCFS we may include criteria of availability and experience with PA role. Time is of the essence, the application is open NOW.

5. Our donor is paying the bounties from his project funding. When participants have validated each other's work, Michael will ask the donor to make the payment. The donor will send the payment to the successful participant's wallet.
