Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the mobile application known as:

• Photographer Diary, StudioBook (Google Play Store and Apple App Store)

• Studio Book (name shown inside the app)

All names refer to the same application, hereafter referred to as “Studio Book”, available on Android and iOS.

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

• By using the app, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so under applicable laws.

2. App Description

Studio Book is a photography business management app that helps users:

• Manage events and bookings

• Create quotations and invoices

• Track payments(credit/debit records)

• Manage team members and studio work

The app is intended for photographers, studios, and photography businesses.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information you enter is accurate and lawful

• You will not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the app
  
  
  Team Member Access Responsibilities

If you access the app as a team member, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Team member accounts are created and fully controlled by the Admin

• Team members cannot change their username, password, or account settings

• Team members have view-only access to events assigned by the Admin

• Team members cannot create, edit, or delete:

  • Events

  • Quotations

  • Payments

  • Client or studio data

• Team members cannot access account, billing, or security settings

• Team members must use the app only within the permissions granted by the Admin

The Admin is responsible for managing team member access and permissions.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.

5. Payments & Financial Records

• The app helps you record payment information for your business.

• Studio Book does not process real payments or store bank, card, or UPI credentials.

• All financial data entered is for record-keeping purposes only.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Remove access if misuse or illegal activity is detected

7. Intellectual Property

• All app content, design, and code are owned by Studio Book.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio Book is provided “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

• Business losses

• Data loss due to device issues

• Errors caused by incorrect user input

• Service interruptions beyond our control

Use the app at your own discretion.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

• We may update the app or these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
