Ms. Sokolowski is your digital photography teacher at Mission Hills High School. She received her BFA in Photography at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. After relocating to San Diego in 2004, she joined the Education Department at the Museum of Photographic Arts. In her time with the Museum she developed educational resources for several of the Museum’s exhibitions, managed the Annual Youth Exhibition, and worked as the lead teaching artist of several community engagement programs. In 2014 she began teaching photography to high school students and adults through California Career and Technical Education. When she's not teaching photography Lori takes her own pictures; specializing in editorial, portrait, and food & beverage photography. When she's not taking pictures or teaching other people how to take pictures you can find her playing music or cooking.
