• Have support and involvement from parents

• You and a parent attend at least one team planning meeting with LLS Staff

Review the Team Member Resource Guide! This is a GREAT resource including information about all aspects of the campaign including tips and tricks, brainstorming, and where to get started with your campaign.

The Team Member Hall of Fame (Coming Soon!) is an elite group of students who have gotten an early start on their campaign. To qualify all tasks must be completed BEFORE Kick-Off.

• Step 1: Schedule your 1-on-1 with your LLS Staff Member and a parent

  • We are excited to set you up for success!!!

• Step 2: Get started on your contact tracker with parent help - goal of at least 50 contacts

  • Ways to build your tracker

    • Utilize the brainstorming tools

    • Chip away a little at a time - after dinner add 5 contacts every night!

    • Branch off your immediate network - ex: ask your grandparents for 5 of their contacts!

• Step 3: Prioritize your contact tracker

  • A - potential to be a corporate connection

  • B - potential to be a high revenue supporter

  • C - general donors

• Step 4: Reach out to potential corporate sponsors 

  • Email your connections and set up a meeting!

• Step 4: Start thinking Grand Finale

  • Earn two tickets  by setting your goal to $2,500

    • Get a head start on your corporate sponsorships and start the day of Kick-Off with commitments already set!

• Step 5: Save the date 

  • Let your contacts know that you will be reaching out for their support!
